Compassion, care and peace of mind.

Making sure you’re part of every decision along the way, providing reassurances, and answering every question we can.

Consultation & Telephone Services

We want every moment working with our team to be something that adds peace of mind to this otherwise stressful time. We think getting to hear someone’s voice can add a lot of comfort before meeting for the first time. Get a chance to connect with Dr. Kayleigh beforehand through our complimentary 15 minute consultation.

Get a chance to have all your questions answered, get to explain your unique situation and any special requests, as well as answer a few of our questions too so that we can best serve you.

And if for any reason you’re not wanting to book, no problem, it’s all still free of charge with no pressure.

If 15 minutes feels like the blink of an eye, we have an option for that too.

Extend your consult as long as you want - if applicable, there may be a service fee for in depth consultations. You can let us know when you request to book the consult, or you can adjust your consult when speaking to Dr. Kayleigh.

It’s very flexible. And don’t worry, we know our veterinarian is chatty (she means well!) so there’s no instant charge for going 1 minute over, or even 10 minutes over.

If you, or Dr. Kayleigh, feels the discussion is evolving into something that will need more time, or if we’re actively going over time, then the conversation will be temporarily diverted to ask if more time to discuss is possible, required, or requested. You will ALWAYS be informed of any costs before they happen, and also given other alternate options (like switching to an appointment, seeking other vets or specialists, etc.).

A longer consultation may also need to be rebooked for a later time, if Dr. Kayleigh has conflicting appointments.

Our standard consult will be over the phone.

Our request form will prompt you to provide the best phone number to reach you, and this is why.

We do try to offer virtual consults if the situation requires, but often this can have more glitches or difficulties, so typically this is avoided if possible.

Let Dr. Kayleigh give you peace of mind about the in home comfort available for your veterinary care.
